We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped;

We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of product delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service team to ensure you send the package to the correct address.

Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for a 14-day refund.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fees. The amount of the fee depends on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not obliged to bear the shipping costs for this reason.

No restocking fee will be charged to consumers for returning a product;
